Stress and emotion research (also in applied settings like work and clinical psychology) with a focus on Differential Psychology, Diagnostics and Intervention.
Target
Beside fundamental research, I also focus on the application-orientated realisation of findings in clinical and work-related areas (e.g. health promotion, elimination of health risks, promotion of work satisfaction, motivation and performance) while considering individual differences in personality and the ability to cope with stress.
