Q:

Ich habe schon öfters das Problem gehabt, das Leute aus Entourage heraus PDF-Anhänge entweder nicht öffen, oder nicht drucken können. Bisher ist mir auch noch keine wirkliche Systematik dazu aufgefallen.

So wie ich es verstanden habe, lädt Entourage die Anhänge nicht komplett runter.

Da heißt es:

'...the PDF attachments might not have been downloaded completely. Go to Tools > Accounts, double-click your account, switch to the Options tab and see if the option "Partially receive messages over" is checked. If it is,  turn it off, and this behaviour should stop. '

Vielleicht hilf das ja weiter.
